Diamontaire Return & Refund Policy
At Diamontaire, we highly value our customers and strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy with the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth process for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Return
• Customers may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all accompanying documents, including the original invoice, product certificate, and packaging.
• Items that show signs of damage, mishandling, improper care, or unauthorized alterations will not be eligible for return.
• Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery is strictly non-returnable.
• Gold coins, bars, and loose gemstones/solitaires are not eligible for return.
• If the original product certificate is missing, a ₹3,500 charge will be deducted from the refund amount for certificate replacement.

2. Refund Policy
• 100% refund will be provided for eligible returns, except for the making charges on gold and diamond jewellery, which will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. No refunds will be issued to a different account.
• Once the returned product passes our quality check (QC), the refund process will be credited within 10 business days.
• Any bank processing fees, transaction charges, or third-party payment gateway fees incurred during the initial payment will not be refunded.
• If the product does not pass the QC, customers will be notified, and the item will be sent back to them.

3. Return Process

• Upon approval, a secure return packaging kit will be provided to ensure safe transportation of the product.
• Customers must record a video while packing the product to confirm its condition and share it with our team.
• Once packed, we will arrange a courier pickup for the return. In case our pickup service is unavailable in the customer’s area, the customer must ship the product via an insured courier service at their own expense. The courier cost will be reimbursed upon successful quality check of the returned item.
• Customers are advised to keep a copy of the tracking number and courier receipt for reference.

4. Exchange Policy
• Customers can opt for an exchange instead of a refund, subject to price adjustments based on current market rates. Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• If the exchanged product value is higher, the customer must pay the difference .If your exchange request is accepted an exchange item will be delivered within 7-15 business days.
• If the exchanged product value is lower, the remaining amount will be credited as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
• Store credit cannot be encashed and will remain valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
5. Shipping Policy
All orders are delivered within 15-30 business days.
